1. Service Overview
Hugo SEO Analyzer (“Hugo”, “we”) is a web application operated by Hugo Digital Services that provides free and premium website SEO analysis. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show abusive usage.
3. Free & Premium Plans
Free accounts receive a limited number of analysis credits that refresh periodically. Premium analyses consume additional credits and include features such as keyword analysis, readability metrics, and PageSpeed insights. During the beta period premium features may be offered at no charge. Credit balances and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Hugo to scan websites you do not own or have permission to test in a way that disrupts their operation. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated scripts to access the platform outside of our published API.
5. Intellectual Property
All Hugo branding, code, and analysis algorithms are the property of Hugo Digital Services. Analysis reports generated for your websites are yours to use freely.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hugo is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that SEO recommendations will improve your search rankings. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Upon termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Reach us via our contact page.
